Tuition and Cost

Tuition and cost for the NC Wesleyan Youth Theology Institute is $375.00 along with a $50.00 non-refundable registration fee. This amount includes your private room, all meals and snacks, events and travel once you arrive on campus for the week-long summer residency.

There is no cost for the year-long mentorship program. There will be at least one planned reunion for students and their mentors during the year. NC Wesleyan YTI will host this luncheon on its campus.

Students are encouraged to seek financial support from their church and their community. Click below to find a sample letter that can be used by applicants to draft letters, do presentations or create digital campaigns/crowdfunding campaigns.

Financial Assistance

The Youth Theology Institute will award some partial and full scholarships to students for the Institute.  Every student is eligible to apply for financial assistance. To apply for assistance, the student and his or her parents should complete the Financial Assistance Application and mail it to us at the address on the application.

 

Scholarships

The Youth Theology Institute Scholarship in the amount of $1,000 is available to students who complete the year-long residential and mentorship program and enroll as a full-time undergraduate student at North Carolina Wesleyan College. The scholarship is renewable for each academic year (fall/spring) that the student maintains an overall GPA of at least a 2.70 (and is enrolled as a full-time student) for a maximum of four academic years.
