Textbook Ordering

Students can order or sell back their textbooks by visiting the bookstore in Rocky Mount or through their online website. Students have the option to pay out of pocket or to charge their books to their account and use available financial aid funds. If the book charge is more than the available excess financial aid funds, the student will be responsible for paying the balance out of pocket.

Technology & Support

The primary means of communication between students and instructors in online classes is my.ncwu.edu. Your instructor will use your my.ncwu.edu e-mail account to contact you, so please check it frequently. If you are unfamiliar with my.ncwu.edu, please click here for instructions on how to get started. By remaining enrolled in any online class, students certify that they have read and understood the Jenzabar LMS Student Guide available through the “Students” tab at my.ncwu.edu. Students who experience issues with Jenzabar are responsible for promptly contacting Information Systems.

You should also make sure that your system meets Wesleyan’s minimum software and hardware configurations. Click here to view these minimum requirements.

You also have online access to Wesleyan’s Writing Center, which provides resources for students who are unable to visit the lab in person. These resources, which include a databank of instructional materials and online help with writing assignments, are available at The Writing Center. Online tutorials may be scheduled by e-mailing writinglab@ncwu.edu or by calling 252.985.5135.
