What is Repayment Initiative for Student Education?
NC Wesleyan’s Repayment Initiative for Student Education (R.I.S.E.) – a Loan Repayment Assistance Program (LRAP) is our innovative promise to students: if your income after graduation is less than $50,000, we can help you repay your federal student, parent PLUS and private alternative loans after graduation.
We’re investing in this program, because we want to empower our students to focus on pursing their passions knowing their future is secure. The R.I.S.E. LRAP Program will help you follow life wherever it may lead because student loan debt won’t hold you back.
This unique award is offered at no cost to students. In order to benefit, students need to follow three simple steps:
- Accept the R.I.S.E. LRAP Award document, which is available online here MyLRAP.org/NCWU
- Submit your admission deposit (if you haven’t already)
- Attend and graduate from NC Wesleyan University
