The Customer Success team is essential to Railinc’s daily operations, building positive customer relationships across the North American freight rail network. Customer Success Specialists (CSS) are problem solvers and critical thinkers who are patient, organized, proactive, confident, curious and enthusiastic. They love technology and thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Railinc CSS do more than answer phone calls, respond to emails and reset passwords. They provide in-depth support and training to help users get the most out of our technology solutions. They manage the tracking and reporting of all customer incidents, requests and problems, process all external communications & facilitate Railinc’s response to critical customer issues.
Through a 90-day training period, CSS learn our technologies and the industry and become Railinc product experts.
