Employers and graduate schools will occasionally visit campus to speak about their organizations, collect resumes, and interview potential employees/students. Upcoming recruitment events will be announced through the CCN system as well as through campus emails and signage.
North Carolina Wesleyan is also a member of ENCCA (Eastern North Carolina Career Alliance), a consortium of Eastern NC Liberal Arts Colleges who partner together to offer an annual career fair. Open to students and alumni of member schools only.

Students at all levels are invited to career fair events, but juniors and seniors seeking employment or internships are especially encouraged to attend to investigate career opportunities and discuss the possibility of a formal job interview at a later date. Those still early in their college careers can also benefit since they can use this time to gather information on career paths, talk with recruiters about career-preparation options and majors, and develop familiarity and confidence with presenting themselves in a professional recruitment setting. Gaining early awareness of your career interests will give you a tangible goal to reach for and a reason to continue to strive for success in college!
Students are encouraged to have a resume available and dress appropriately in business attire (full suit recommended). Employers will have company literature and will talk with you about job and career opportunities within their organizations.
