Please complete this form and submit to the Marketing Department and a staff member will be in contact with you to discuss your project. Please submit job requests a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the date the materials are needed. All content and photography needed for the project should also be given at the time of the request.

The process of creating a video consists of three phases: Pre-Production, Production and Post-Production. Phase one (Pre-Production) is where all the planning and coordination happens, phase two (Production) is when you capture all the elements that will be in your final video and phase three (Post-Production) is where all the elements get edited together and combined to create the final video. Please allow enough time for each of these phases in your deadline.

If you have other formats such as, .EPS, .PSD, .AI, .zip etc., please compress(zip) these files and submit via email to: marketing@ncwu.edu.
