The Registrar’s Office is responsible for maintaining student academic records. Students may request that the Registrar provide copies of their academic transcripts to another college or university, a prospective employer or other third party.
NC Wesleyan graduates are future leaders within their communities, workplaces and families. It is our honor to welcome you across the graduation stage and see that you are ready for the next season in your life.
Here are the application deadlines for graduation:
- Spring – Jan 31st by 5 p.m.
- Summer – July 19th by 5 p.m.
- Fall – Sept 13th by 5 p.m.
A student may make changes in his/her schedule of courses by completing a Drop/Add card and receiving the appropriate signatures. Please review the academic calendar for the appropriate campus location for the drop/add dates. Drop/add cards are available in the Registrar’s Office and at each Adult Degree Program location.
Withdrawal from University
Before a student may withdraw from Wesleyan, the student must complete a withdrawal form. Withdrawal forms are available in the Registrar’s Office and at each Adult Degree Program location.
